1. How much does the compactdraught system cost?The equipment, it's installation and on going support is absolutely free of charge.
2. What's the catch?There's no catch - all we ask is that you sign an agreement to only serve Coors brands through the system, purchase kegs through our national Coors partner wholesaler network and agree to a minimum weekly barrelage. We are investing over £1,000 to grow your beer business profits, with leading brands and the best wholesaler network - we want you to succeed!!
3. How much space do I need to install the compactdraught system?The system speaks for itself - it's compact, you only need a space about the size of a normal washing machine.
4. How long does it take to install?Our skilled engineers will install most systems in less than 2 hours. They will demonstrate the coldness & quality of serve and tell you everything you need to know to get the best from your system.
5. Do I have to carry out any system maintenance?The system only requires minimal attention such as keeping the water cooler levels topped up. To ensure beer quality at all times we recommend your beer lines are cleaned at least once a week. This is a simple operation with the Line Cleaning kit supplied with your system.
6. What happens if the system breaks down?We have installed 100's of systems to date and reliability is excellent. However, if there is a problem, technical support is only a phone call away. Our nationwide network of engineers will respond to your call quickly. If your system is down and not pouring - within 6 hours, for other technical problems - within a maximum of 36 hours.
7. Where do I buy my beer kegs from?Coors have a national network of Wholesale partners. We will make all the arrangements to ensure that you get the best local service to support your ongoing requirement.
8. How many pints are in a 20 Litre and 50 Litre keg?There are 35 pints in a 20 Litre keg and 88 pints in a 50 Litre keg.
9. Where do I get my Gas Cylinders from?The system uses standard gas cylinders. One of our approved Gas cylinder suppliers will service your ongoing need for gas. Dependent on size - cylinders will last for approx 7 to 37 20L kegs.
